Patricia Talbot, RN, CNM (ret) BHSA, PCMH CCE has over 30 years of experience as a registered nurse. She brings to all her healthcare consulting engagements a registered nurse perspective.
As a previous Certified Nurse Midwife and Obstetrical Nurse Manager, she is experienced in creating new OB sites/programs and their clinical operations. She volunteered at St. Bernard Hunga Health Center in Hunga, Tanzania, and trained nurses in the use of the Fetal Doppler.
She has been actively involved in the pandemic response efforts through CDC & HRSA COVID 19 and Test-to-Treat grant programs. She has training in pandemic responses. She is a Medical Health Corp volunteer.
